On Friday, May 27th, Carol Drew Watson went to be with her Savior. Carol, former owner and founder of Royal Sands Salon and Spa, loved people and loved making them feel beautiful. Carol had a strong, unwavering faith in her God. She was married to the love of her life, the late David L. Watson, Sr.
Carol is survived by her three children: daughter Lynn Crouse, of Beaufort and grandson Kevin Crouse Jr, wife Prema, great-grandchildren John David and Harper; daughter Kimberly Merritt & husband Lt. Col. Paul Merritt (ret.) of Florida, granddaughters Ashley and Emily Merritt; and son David Watson Jr & wife Melanie of Beaufort, grandchildren Savannah and Jaxon.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to The Oaks for their compassionate care.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
A graveside service will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, June 1, 2022, at Beaufort National Cemetery.
