FRIPP ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA - Catherine "Kay" Lorden Santoni, 81, died September 21, 2013, at home on Fripp Island South Carolina. She was the loved wife of Albert Santoni, mother to Richard Santoni, Karen "Nina" Zodtner, and Philip Santoni.
She will be buried next to her youngest child, Kathryn in the columbarium on Fripp Island. She is also survived by her sister Joyce Delinski and eight grandchildren and one great grandson.
Kay was born in Baltimore MD. She graduated from The Catholic High school of Baltimore in 1950. She enjoyed her children and grands when they visited her on Fripp Island. Before retiring to Fripp Island in 1987 she and her husband Albert spent four years working and traveling in Europe. Her favorite store in Paris was Coco Chanel. Her favorite charity in Beaufort was the Franciscan Center.
