SEABROOK, SOUTH CAROLINA - David C. Smith, 60, of Seabrook, husband of Lorrie Smith, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at his residence.
Born in Ridgeland, South Carolina, he was a son of Med C. Smith and the late Neva Smith Smith. He was employed with Century Link.
Surviving are his wife of 42 years; three sons, Gary Thomas Smith and his wife, Lisa, Christopher David Smith and his wife, Deborah, and Med Cleveland Smith III; three grandchildren, Mitchell Orion Smith, Devon Channing Smith and Kaitlyn Nicole Damon.
A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Thursday morning in the chapel of Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
Memorials may be made to Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) Foundation Inc. - Post Office Box 5312, Akron, Ohio 44334.
