David Ross Striebinger, 75, of Saint Helena Island, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday October 16, 2022.
David was an amazing husband, father, and person of goodwill and compassionate action in our community. He will be missed beyond words. David served on active duty in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era. He cared deeply for our community and brought his calm and reasonable approach to the Board of Education for Beaufort County where he served for the past five years.
Prior to retirement he spent his career in the health insurance industry and retired as a Project Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina.
David is survived by his wife Jill and "son" Eric Novoa II, his brother Scott Striebinger and wife Judy.
David will be remembered in a memorial service at a later date.
