Dawn Leslie Vosbury VanGundy, 52, of Beaufort, South Carolina, died Friday, June 18, 2021, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
Dawn was born Columbus, Ohio in 1969, a daughter of Donald and Joan Shaw Vosbury. She graduated Canal Winchester High School in 1987 and attended Bowling Green University. Dawn was a business associate of Vutech &Ruff HER Realtors German Village, business associate of Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners and several others, and a member of Merion Village Association. In 2005, she had a son, Jack VanGundy, which is the pride of her life. Dawn relocated to Beaufort, SC with family members in 2007. She adored her aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends in Ohio and SC. Dawn was known for her love of life, with a heart of gold, putting others before herself, always. 'Her memory and bright light will live on in us and those who had the privilege of knowing her forever' stated one of her many friends.
The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 o'clock Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dawn's son, Jack, college fund. Donations may be payable to Donald or Joan Vosbury - c/o Copeland Funeral Service, One Copeland Drive, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902.
