He is predeceased by his parents John and Rosemary O'Hara.
Dr. O'Hara is survived by his beloved wife Nancy O'Hara of Beaufort, South Carolina and loving daughter Katherine O'Hara of Columbus, Ohio. He also leaves behind siblings, Patricia O'Hara DiSilvio of Hubbard Ohio and Charles Peacock of Youngstown, Ohio.
No services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Tidewater Hospice.
