Elaine K Labelle, 83, passed away on May 2, 2021, at her home in Beaufort, South Carolina surrounded by her family.
Elaine was born on April 14, 1938, a daughter of the late Frank Kolinsky and Mary Kolinsky of Paterson, New Jersey. She graduated from St Thomas Acquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and became a stewardess with Delta Airlines. She married Richard Armand Labelle on July 4, 1959 in Hollywood, Florida. She was a licensed Real Estate agent and did considerable volunteer work in her church and community in Vero Beach, Florida. She loved to tend to her flower garden, and she had quite a sweet tooth. Elaine traveled to Europe, for the best of chocolates in Belgium, and traveled to Asia. She loved to cruise the many islands in the Caribbean as well. She was the mother of 4 children.
She is survived by her husband Richard of 62 years; three children: son, Thomas Labelle of Columbia, S.C., daughter, Mary Anne Becker of Beaufort, SC, and son, Richard Labelle of Juno Beach, Florida; seven grandchildren, and five great-grand-children, who were the blessing and light of her life. She has a host of family members, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and those she considered to be family and friends in Vero Beach, Florida.
The family will receive friends from 4 until 5:30 Wednesday afternoon, May 5, 2021, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive. Following visitation, a prayer service will be held at 5:30 in the chapel of Copeland Funeral Service.
A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held 10:30 Thursday morning, May 6, 2021, at St. Peter's Catholic Church.
