Esther Ray Long, 75, of Beaufort, South Carolina and wife of Howard Michael Long, died Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at her home.
Esther was born in Wallace, North Carolina and was a daughter of the late Lacey and Elvy Whaley Groves. She was a supervisor for NWL Aerospace.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, Esther is survived by a daughter, Karen Barlow (Michael) of Cary, North Carolina; a grandson, Michael C. Barlow (Morgan) of Cary, North Carolina; a granddaughter, Courtney Barlow of Cary, North Carolina; 14 nieces and nephews; and 23 great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon, April 13, 2019, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
