LADY'S ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA - Franklin Thomas "Mud Puppy" Chandler, 62, of Lady's Island, died Thursday, April 17, 2014, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning, April 25, 2014, at Cornerstone Christian Church.
