Hilda Ann Rahn

Hilda Ann Rahn was born in Port Royal, SC on December 1, 1942. Her parents were Hugh Ellis Rahn and Corrie Lee Rahn. She is predeceased by two sisters Merle Horton and Miriam “Mickey” Vaigneur and two brothers Marion “Bucky” Rahn and Hugh “Ned” Rahn. She is survived by Ned’s wife, Faye, and her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Hilda graduated from Beaufort High School and worked several jobs around the Beaufort area. She lived in Fairfax, SC in her later years, but was a frequent visitor to Port Royal.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staffs at Briana’s Residential Care Facility and the John Edward Harter Nursing Center for taking such good care of Hilda in her final years. Also thanks to Edisto Hospice for their help in her final days.
A graveside service for Hilda will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Beaufort Memorial Gardens.
