Jessica Lynn Sheppard

Jessica 'Jesca' Lynn Sheppard, age 43, of Seabrook, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was born in Savannah, GA on April 9, 1977 to Jesse and Dianne Sheppard. Jessica lived most of her life in Hampton. She attended primary school at Patrick Henry Academy and high school at Wade Hampton High School.

Jessica loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially being with her father at the river, watching her brother race cars, and playing with her nephews: Carson and Grayson. She loved to cook and made her career doing so. Jessica tossed kindness around like confetti. She was not a stranger to anyone. She found joy in the ordinary and made everybody feel like a somebody.

She is survived by her father, Jesse Sheppard; siblings: Stacey Sheppard Phillips (Bill), Herman Sheppard (Allison); her 'additional family', Shane and Dorothy Blevins, Christopher, Leslie, April, Vance and nieces and nephews: Payton, Bryce, Cameron, Carson, and Grayson.

Jessica was predeceased by her mother Dianne Mixon Sheppard and a sister Kimberly Sheppard.
Jessica will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

In consideration of the extraordinary circumstances associated with the Coronavirus, a memorial service for Jessica will be held privately at 11 AM Friday, May 29, 2020, at West End Baptist Church in Hampton.
