LADY'S ISLAND - John P. Cruikshank, 78, of Lady's Island and husband of Lee Cruikshank, died Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
Born Hartford, CT, son of Earle Ogden and Sally Urban Cruikshank - leaves wife Lee A. Cruikshank, Nichola Helen Crombie, Esther Cruikshank Stieska, Carolyn Davin Bowman, and Brian Scott Cruikshank and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 o'clock Thursday, May 28, 2015, at the historic St. Peter's Church - 710 Carteret Street. Burial will be at Farmington Cemetery, Farmington, CT.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Parkinson's Disease Foundation - 1359 Broadway #1509, New York, New York 10018.
