Kathryn Ben Morrow

May 25, 1945 — December 25, 2024

Beaufort

Kathryn Ben Morrow left this world on December 25, 2024 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital with her sister holding her hand.

Kathryn was born May 25, 1945 in Washington, Georgia. Kathryn had many disabilities through the years, but one thing people will always remember was the beautiful smile she had for everyone, especially her sister. Kathryn worked as a volunteer at the Baptist School in Crawfordville, Georgia for a short time after graduating from Alexander Stephens Institute in Crawfordville, Georgia. In her yearbook it was written by her picture "doctors, medicine, and pills have been my hobbies through the year". She was the daughter of the late Holmes A. and Frances H. Morrow.

She is survived by one sister Martha (Marti) Morrow Babin. She is also survived by her wonderful cousins Sandra Thompson (Larry), Ben Lovejoy (Marlene), Priscilla Flemister (Ed), Jimmie King (Tom), Robert Morrow, and Sarah Bohannon (Noah). Katheryn had a grandniece Addison Weir (Kyle) and grandnephew Boyce Kobleur.

Many thanks to Brenda Brittain, and the administration and staff at the Resorts of Beaufort. She was a member of their family for years.

A graveside service for Kathryn will be held 12:00 noon Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, Thomson, GA.
