NORTH CHEMUNG, NEW YORK AND ST. HELENA ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA - Kayleeana Hudson-Beanks, 15, started her new life with the Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2012, as a result of an automobile accident. Kaylee was born in Elmira on November 16, 1996, daughter of John Hudson and Debra Banks. Kaylee was a former student of Elmira Free Academy and most recently a sophomore at Beaufort High School, S.C. She was a student at Beaufort Academy of Dance, and Lowcountry School of Performing Arts. Her family, friends and dance were most important in her life, and she was a great friend to all she met. She loved animals as well, and aspired to one day run an animal sanctuary. Kaylee was predeceased by her grandparents Victoria and Lee Willie Hudson of Buena Vista, Georgia, Robert L. Brown of North Chemung NY, and cousin Christopher Brown of Horseheads, NY. She is survived by her parents Debra Banks of North Chemung, NY, and John and Mary Hudson of St. Helena Island, SC, and Ithaca, NY; sisters Jennifer and Lindsey Banks, and brother Chris Hudson; grandmother Delores Brown; uncles Mike, Dan and Dave Brown, Greg, Dimetrius and Vincent Hudson; aunt Sheila Hudson; nieces Maleah Banks and Keaira Frost; and a host of cousins and special friends. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Tuesday, April 24th, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
The funeral service and committal will be in Chemung, New York.
