Lee A. Chavet Crombie Cruikshank, widow of John P. Cruikshank, died Thursday, June 23, 2022, at MUSC- Charleston.

Lee was a daughter of the late Lee Stephens and Lt. Colonel Walter Allan Chavet, United States Army (Ret.).

Survivors include four children and five grandchildren.

Burial will be in Farmington Cemetery in Farmington Connecticut.
