BEAUFORT - Thomas Chester Douglas, Lt Col United States Marine Corps (Ret.), 77, formerly of Beaufort, died Thursday, January 8, 2015, in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

The funeral service, with full Marine Corps honors, will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, January 14, 2015, at the graveside, Beaufort National Cemetery.
