CHOCTAW, OKLAHOMA - Lynne Witt Drawdy passed away Friday, June 24, 2011, at her home in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Lynne was born in Atlanta Georgia on April 28, 1960. She received her degree of Juris Doctor in 1994, and remains a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Lynne was the Assistant Vice President in the compliance department at Vericrest Financial. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles H. Witt Sr., and her brother, Charles H. Witt Jr.
One of Lynne's cherished quotes was "Real love stories never have endings".
She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Bruce A. Drawdy Sr.; her devoted mother, Mary Evelyn Witt; two nieces; four step-children; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 o'clock Wednesday evening at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at the graveside, Beaufort National Cemetery.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Oklahoma County Foundation Department 1107470 - 3300 N.W. Expressway Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73112-9988.
