Malcolm Eugene Cash

BEAUFORT, SOUTH CAROLINA - Malcolm Eugene Cash, the beloved husband of the late Frances Verdier Cash and longtime resident of Mansfield OH and Beaufort, SC, died July 21st in Bainbridge, OH.

Malcolm was a life-long Rotarian, in both Mansfield and Beaufort, active in the Mansfield Boy Scouts, Chamber of Commerce and United Way campaign. In Beaufort Mr. Cash served on the St. Helena's Church Vestry and worked on Habitat for Humanity projects. Mr. Cash was a graduate of University of Alabama with degrees in engineering and worked his entire career retiring as an executive with Ohio Edison Company.He was the dear father of Frances Butler-Cohen (Mark) of Coronado, CA; Margaret L. 'Lynn' Bates (Ron) of Cleveland Hts., OH; Leigh Milazzo (Mike) of Staten Island, NY and the late William Roger Cash. He was also the dear grandfather of nine. Malcolm was the special friend of Lois Cochrane.

Graveside services will be held in Beaufort, SC, Saturday morning July 28 at 10 am, conducted by the Revd. Jeffrey S Miller, Rector of St Helena's Parish.
