Marshell 'Marcie' Lee Strube, 42, was called home peacefully on March 2, 2017, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, South Carolina.
All family and friends are welcomed to join us to celebrate the life of Marcie on April 8, 2017 from 2-6 p.m. at Neisen's Corner Bar back room (formerly Neil's Rustic Room), 101 S. Main St. in Belle Plaine, MN.
She was born on August 19, 1974 to Roy and Roxanne (Barlage) Strube. Her devotion to her family and belief in God, supported her over the past years with her health struggles and gave her peace in her passing. She will always be remembered for her love of people, bowling and softball.
She is survived by her beloved sons, Dallas Strube (23) of Bloomington, MN and Kodie Strube (18) of Beaufort, SC; as well as her father and mother, Roy and Roxanne Strube of Beaufort, SC; brother, Peter (Stacy) Strube of Le Sueur, MN; sisters, Roshell (Dave) Schommer of Belle Plaine, MN, IvyJo (Michael) Kukacka of Lonsdale, MN and Tina (Troy) Goddard of Beaufort SC; nieces, Samantha and Alyssa LeMay; and nephews, Jordan Strube, Justin Kukacka, and Zachary Goddard; aunts, Lois Maciejewski, Maxine Cagle and Dorothy Bohlman; and uncles, Glenn (Sandy) Strube, Harland (Char) Strube, Butch (Janet) Barlage; and the many cousins.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, Harry and Dorothy Barlage and Edward and Ruth Strube; aunts, Phyllis Strube and Helen Leese; uncles, Harvey Strube, Kenneth Maciejewski, Alvin Bohlman and Tom Cagle; cousins, Karrie Haefner and Gary Bohlman.
