Martha Charlotte Hoke, 85, of Port Royal, died Monday, September 5, 2016, at Helena House Residential Care, Port Royal. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 Saturday afternoon, September 10, 2016, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive. A memorial service will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon, September 11, 2016, at Tidal Creek Fellowship, Lady's Island. A reception will follow the service at 90 Marsh Drive, Lady's Island.
