P. Alan Rowland Jr, 78, of Seabrook and husband of Dorothy Ann Rowland, died Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:30 Monday, November 21, 2016, at Copeland Funeral Service - One Copeland Drive. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 Monday in the Copeland Funeral Service Chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Lady's Island. Burial will follow at 1 o'clock Tuesday at Beaufort National Cemetery with military honors.
