Stacy Renee Vaughn

Stacy Renee Vaughn was born April 12, 1989 and passed away at her home on April 14, 2024, after a long battle with substance abuse. Stacy was born in Beaufort, SC to David and Lisa Vaughn. In addition to her parents, Stacy is survived by her brother, Derek (Catherine) and their children Graham and Della of Bluffton; grandmothers Frances Mixon of Beaufort and Connie Owens of Hampton; Uncle, Asa Godowns (Amber) and their children Asa III, Karson and Ivy; Uncle Andrew Godowns (Katie) and their children Austin and Hampton; Aunt Bobbie and Uncle Buddy Grayson of Okatie; Kevin Grayson (Tammy) of Okatie; and nephew Shannon (Cheryl) Grayson of Lady’s Island; nephew Adrian (Jackie); niece Billie Jean; and Bill Thornley of Holly Hill.
Stacy was predeceased by Grandmother Betty Vaughn of Okatie; grandfathers Bill Mixon, Asa Godowns, Adrian Vaughn; aunt Susie Homes.
Stacy enjoyed being outside with friends and family. She loved her pups dearly, flowers, and had a big heart. Stacy attended Beaufort High School and was a member of Okatie Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends 11:00 until 12:00, Thursday, April 18th at Copeland Funeral Service. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon. Burial will be held in Beaufort Memorial Gardens.
