Virginia "Ginny" Skinner, 94, passed away on October 15, 2020.
She was the daughter of William and Bessie Vaigneur. She was born in Port Royal, South Carolina on February 5, 1926, and lived most of her life in Beaufort County.
Ginny is survived by her three children, Carol Skinner of Beaufort, South Carolina, Dave (Kathy) Skinner of Rockledge, Florida, and Casey (Jo Anne) Skinner of Kernersville, North Carolina; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 Monday morning, October 19, 2020, in Beaufort Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to a charity of your choice or the Beaufort County Animal Shelter.
